- Submitted (General Enquiry) and Meeting with the DFSA Markets Team I
- DFSA E-services Portal Login Credentials
- Apply: Complete the pre-requisites, as above, and Submit the application form on the E-services portal. DFSA will issue a fee invoice. Upon payment of the fees, the application will be accepted.
- Evaluate: Upon Acceptance, DFSA will conduct a thorough assessment of the application. Upon satisfactory assessment, you'll receive an in-principal letter. In cases of insufficient information, request will be made for additional information.
- Authorise: DFSA will conduct a final assessment and grant Authorisation.

- Regulatory Business Plan
- Staff Organisation Chart of the Company
- Group Organisation Structure
- Certificate of Incorporation
- Regulatory Business Plan
- AML Compliance Report
- Proof of adequate surveillance and transparency systems and controls
- Proof of adequate technology systems and controls
- Proof of adequate prudential and risk management systems and controls
Fees associated with new firm authorisation will vary based on the nature and scale of financial activities. Comprehensive details of fees can be found in the Fees module (FER) of the DFSA Rulebook. Service Fees are paid through Bank Transfer to DFSA.
