  • Review: The DFSA will review the application and may request additional information in cases of insufficient information.
  • Approve: If the outcome of the assessment is successful, the DFSA will approve the application.

    • The application should include the documents required under Chapters 2 and 6 of Markets Rules (MKT). The DFSA may require additional documents and information, if needed.
